The campsite is on the same site as the house. It is a 3 acre flat site, largely square shaped with views of the Sidlaws. It can be used either equipped or unequipped and the wigwams can also be hired.
The modern toilet and shower block is about 25 metres from the site entrance and has 3 toilets and a shower plus a toilet and shower that have disabled facilities.
Other facilities include a purpose built campfire circle, a backwoods cooking area and a wooden trim trail.
Archery sessions can also be booked.
The wet weather shelter is located is a separate annexe and comprises a camp store and a small hall (6.5m x 5m). It is equipped with electricity, an electric water boiler, fridge, freezer and tables and chairs.
The camp store has sufficient equipment for 6 patrols plus central cooking. Fire shelters, alter fires plus wood and gas stoves are available (there is a small charge for gas). There is a wide range of tents – both lightweight (9, 8, 4, 3, 2 man tents) and Icelandics, plus 2 activity tents, a dining shelter and a marquee 20 sq.ft).
