Our shop at 37/39
Cowgate carries most
items of uniform, publications and badges for all sections from
the main trading service catalogue as well as a good variety of
craft materials, camping and outdoor goods, gifts and souvenir
badges.
We have a large selection of Scottish tartan goods and neckers
as well as tartan material by the metre (width 152cm).
Come and view
our large selection of Centenary gifts and clothing.
Loyalty Card Scheme
Our aim with this
scheme is to give Guiding Units an opportunity to collect points
from all sales attributed to their unit. 5% of the value of
sales will go to the specified Unit.
For every pound
spent 1 point is collected. Each point is worth 5p and can
be redeemed against future purchases from the Dundee Guide Shop.
Eg if the total sales attributed to the unit come to a
value of £500 there will be £25 available to redeem against
goods purchased from the Dundee Guide Shop.
A Unit Leader Card
will be issued to the Unit Leader. The person who holds this
card is only person who can redeem the points. It is the Unit
Leader’s responsibility to take care of this card. The Dundee
Shop will redeem points collected on instructions of whoever
holds this card.
A Unit Leader can
give to parents and volunteers the number on the card
and the sales/points will be recorded to that unit in the Dundee
Shop.
The records for
each unit’s sales will be held in the Dundee Shop.
This scheme runs
from 1st January to the 31st December.
All points need to
be used before the 31st December. On the 1st
January each account will start from zero again.
Sales made in
conjunction with the Sale or Return service cannot be added to
a units account. (These sales already have a 10% discount)
