This training is for leaders in training working on the "Becoming a leader" part of the Leader Development Programme (LDP).

This training will cover 4 of the 5 compulsory topics for the "Becoming a leader" part of the LDP:

• Risky Business, 
• Effective Communication, 
• Doing Our Best,
• Celebrating Every Member. 

You can attend for the whole day or just for whichever topics you need to complete.

Also a great opportunity to meet up with other leaders in training and share your experiences!
