We provide cleaning products for your stay - floor cleaner, toilet cleaner and antibacterial soap (in dispensers).  We have a septic tank and only certain products can be used. These cleaning items are available under the sink in the kitchen.  Please leave them there on departure. Even if the bottles are empty as we will refill them – keeping the original bottles.

The departure checklist which has been sent to you must be brought with you. At the end of your  visit, leave it in the kitchen.  Without this you will not know departure procedures and what needs cleaned etc.  This checklist is also a confirmation that you have left the house as you found it.  If it is not completed and there is an issue with the house, then you could be possibly charged with a Cleaning Penalty of £30.
