On a warm September morning, around 100 Brownies, Guides and Rangers, plus adult volunteers headed to Willowgate near Perth for a fun-filled day of activities.
On the water they took part in kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and giant SUP, where the aim was to get as wet as possible. Body BINGO on SUP claimed many a victim.
Aim was the name of the game with archery.
Also on the land, the girls were taught knife skills, and created shavings and battens to make fires that were lit with a spark from the fire steel.
And zorbing didn't know if it was a wet or dry activity, but it was a lot of fun, being a hamster.
The day was perfectly rounded off with hot chocolate and donuts, when the weather turned. There was a badge, of course, and a slightly damp walk to the bus, before returning to Dundee in a downpour.
Many thanks to all the organisers who made it such a great day, volunteers who came along and Willowgate for hosting us.
