Make yourself a resolution to check the Website at least once a month for
trainings, etc. Training plays a big part in helping you keep up to date with changes taking place and give you ideas for the night when nothing works out and as we say you are “winging it”. They are also required for the renewal of your appointment.

If you need help do not hesitate to contact your DC or myself; it’s what
we are here for, but there is not much we can do if we don’t know the problem,
